your use of the Clickette service, provided by
Forjed ("we," "us," or "our").
By
accessing or using Clickette, you agree to be bound
by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms,
please do not use Clickette.
Use of Service
a. By using Clickette, you acknowledge
and agree that you have the necessary rights and
permissions to upload any files to our service.

You understand and agree that we assume zero
liability or responsibility for the files uploaded
to Clickette. We do not endorse, support, or verify
the content of uploaded files.
c. You
agree not to use Clickette for any illegal or
unauthorized purpose, including but not limited
to:
i. Abusing the service, harassing
anybody, spreading harmful misinformation, or
exposing private identifying information.
ii.
Selling illegal goods or services, uploading
viruses, malware, engaging in fraud or theft, or
sharing explicit/graphic or unwanted sexual content
("Revenge Porn") or any other unlawful
activities.
File Access
a. Uploaded files are public and can be
accessed using a direct link or via the dashboard if
you are the account holder.
Takedown Requests
a. Takedown requests for any files
uploaded to Clickette should be sent to
[email protected]. We will promptly review and
address valid takedown requests in accordance with
applicable laws and regulations.
File Deletion
a. We reserve the right to delete files
at any time, including for server cleanup or if the
content is deemed to be violating our policies.
Limitation of Liability
a. In no event shall Forjed be liable
for any damages, including but not limited to
direct, indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages arising out of or in any way
connected with the use of Clickette.
Privacy Focused Service
a. Clickette is committed to protecting
your privacy. We do not collect any personal
information from users and do not track or store
user activity.
b. Uploaded files and
their contents are kept private and are only
accessible to authorized users with specific access
privileges. Administrators do not have the ability
to view the contents of uploaded files.
Changes to Terms of Service
a. We reserve the right to update or
modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon
posting on the Clickette website. Your continued use
of Clickette after any such changes constitutes your
acceptance of the revised Terms.
